First opening our doors in 2010 with Fishbone Bistro on Main St in Stouffville, our Mediterranean offerings grew in popularity and the Bistro quickly became the neighbourhood spot – often finding Chef Pedro working in the kitchen or serving up cocktails behind the bar.

With the support from the community and dedication from our teams, Fishbone expanded with 3 additional locations and in 2021 we launched our new brand, Marine Room Gastropub. Throughout our expansion of Fishbone Culinary Concepts, we have continued to ensure that we are still providing that same culture and experience day in and day out. The goal for our restaurants is to offer delicious food, friendly hospitality and an inviting location to make memories.
